The staff were friendly, especially a young gentleman in Sora who guided us through the menu during check-in. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel’s location allowed easy access to landmarks like the National Football Museum and the Lowry Theatre. noise from outside disrupted our sleep, particularly from bin collection late at night. the parking information was incorrect, so it's worth confirming beforehand. a great experience with minor setbacks!

I had a fantastic stay at the Malmaison. The location was perfect, just a short walk to St Peter's Square, making it easy to access trams to various attractions and even the airport. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious hot options and a nice cold buffet. My room was not only clean and modern but also featured a lovely shower and a fantastic smart TV, which was a great plus. The staff, especially Abbie at reception, were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience.
N/A 😅.

Our experience was frustrating from the start. The service was chaotic; we were ignored while waiting to order, and when our food finally came, it was wrong. Though the chef's cooking was great, getting anything right took ages!

Great stay with friendly staff and cozy rooms, though the lighting could be better for mirror use. The restaurant had some hiccups, but the food was great. Loved the unique decor, and the free drink option was a nice touch. A very enjoyable experience overall!

Chic, Chic, Chic
I loved how stylishly decorated my room was, with a chic boutique vibe. The rooftop bar offered fine views of the skyline and some of the best cocktails I've ever had. Plus, the breakfast was plated to perfection, giving a personal touch, made each bite even more good.

I had a lovely stay! The location is super convenient, just a short walk to all the hotspots. The rooftop bar really added some flair to our evenings, and the bed was comfy-perfect for winding down after a long day. The unique decor in the room created a cozy vibe that I enjoyed!
On the flip side, there were a few hiccups. My room felt a bit dusty, and the lights weren't working quite right. The guy at reception wasn’t exactly friendly when we needed assistance with our bags; it left a bit of a sour note. But overall, it was a nice experience!
